Red Fried Rice with Soya Nuggets

Soybeans are a high source of proteins and polyunsaturated fats and also are the only legumes that provide ample amount of omega-3 fatty acid. In 100 grams, raw soybean supply 446 calories, 36.49gm proteins, 19.94g fats and 30.16g carbohydrates.
Soya chunks are known for its various health benefits and thus makes this rice not just delicious but also a healthy one.
Serves :- 4


Ingredients:-
•Rice - 1 1/2 cups
•Onion-1
•Capsicum-1
•Soya Chunks - 1/2 cup
•Carrot- 1
•French Beans- 1/4 cup
•Cabbage- 1 cup (optional)
•Garlic - 4 or 5 finely chopped
•Tomato - 2
• Green Chillies-2 or 3 sliced
•Cumin- 1 or 2 Tbsp
•Tomato sauce- 1tbsp or as per the color or taste needed
•Vinegar- 1 Tbsp
•Red Chilli Sauce -1 Tbsp
•White Pepper- 1 Tsp
•Salt - as required for the taste
•Soy Sauce- 1 Tbsp (optional-for taste)

Procedure:- 1. Boil rice and keep aside till absolutely cold. 2. Wash nuggets in several changes of water. Strain, squeeze and keep aside to drain well. 3. Heat oil. Stir fry garlic & onions till onions turn transparent and also add cumin. 4. Add nuggets and stir fry on low heat for 5 minutes. 5. Add beans and stir fry for 2 minutes. 6. Add cabbage, capsicum and carrots. Stir fry for 2 minutes. 7. Add vinegar, tomato sauce, red chilli sauce and soy sauce(optional) and mix it well. 8. Add salt and pepper. 9. Add rice and mix welll while stir frying the rice for 2 minutes. 10.Serve.
